Are you performing at your optimum?

Do you feel or experience tightness, lethargy, discomfort, decreased concentration or immune function, decreased mental acuity just to name a few?

Start with your work environment- does it support you or does it contribute to your spinal problem? What about your bed? The furniture you slouch in at the end of a long day? Could these be contributing to your problems? Are you overweight? Excess weight places much more load on the discs of the spine and makes them more vulnerable to injury.

The overall message is to take responsibility for your spine- you only get one!  You want to make sure it lasts as long as you do. Regular exercise, periodic adjustments and soft tissue treatment, good nutrition, and good work habits will together add years to your active life.

And remember; always make sure that your chiropractor is a member of the Chiropractors’ Association of Australia (CAA), and your Myotherapist is a member of the Institute of Registered Myotherapists of Australia (IRMA).

Chiropractic enhances health and performance

Spinal misalignment (subluxation) can interfere with the transmission of messages in your nervous system – which is responsible for controlling and co-ordinating your entire body, and even more importantly it may result in decreased health, performance and wellbeing.
